He says that there are no queues but it is expected the same way. Only out of line. The guide spoke Portuguese. It was not Portuguese. The group was very large. We ran past the attractions. Flying. Two and a half hours ... but at the Vatican it's an hour, the rest is waiting. Also, the Vatican is too crowded. They should limit the number of people visiting.

62 euros are not a few for a visit in the name of absolute confusion. In periods of maximum crowding, you should charge at least half because I saw nothing or little having to worry about chasing the umbrella of the guide who ran like a madwoman whose purpose was only to get out of the Vatican museums as soon as possible. I waited for years for a visit to the Sistine Chapel and it was a real disappointment for the superficiality of the description by the guide who was surely to meet the needs of time. I advise you to take better care of the service that you advertise and I repeat 62 euros are not a few to have seen rather hastily seen some statues. Sorry but I didn't like the experience. On the contrary it was beautiful, always with your agency in the Uffizi last April with the guide Antonio who made us live with his Florentine stories a piece of our ITALY.
