Full description
Rome has always been an iconic set for world-famous movies and you will see many famous landmarks that will ring a bell. Your local expert guides will lead you to discover the wonders of the "Eternal City". Charming by day — absolutely romantic by night. To enjoy the whole center of this magic city in the moonlight, choose this panoramic mix of a bus and walking tour.

Have you ever seen the Oscar Academy Award winner "La Dolce Vita" by Federico Fellini? The unforgettable scene where beautiful Anita Ekberg invites Marcello Mastroianni to join her into Trevi Fountain’s water? Your tour starts from here. Your guide will tell you about the marvelous Trevi Fountain and, of course, you will have the chance to throw a coin over your shoulder into the water, to make sure you will be back in Rome.

Your walk continues towards Piazza delle Rotonda, where you will admire the majestic Pantheon (the best-preserved Roman temple) while learning about the millennial history of this monument. You might recall seeing Brad Pitt and Catherine Zeta-Jones here in Ocean’s Twelve. Next you will see Piazza Navona, a square beloved by the Romans, where you will admire the Fountain of the Four Rivers designed by Bernini and featured in the movie Angels & Demons and many more.

After this pleasant walking tour you will get on board a motor coach, to enjoy a relaxing panoramic tour and discover the magical charm of the most famous monuments illuminated at night. Your guide will tell you about Castel Sant'Angelo, originally built as a mausoleum for the emperor Hadrian, and then transformed into a safe haven for the Popes thanks to the passageway that connects it directly to the Vatican. For all the opera lovers, this is the place where the “Tosca” by Puccini comes to its tragic end. The itinerary continues with St. Peter’s Square, Tiberina Island, and The Mouth of Truth — that became legend after the release of the classic movie "Roman Holiday", with Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn.

The coach tour continues overlooking Circus Maximus and the Palatine Hill, and it ends with the symbol of Rome: the Colosseum. Take your best pictures where Ridley Scott’s “The Gladiator” was set and end the tour at this magnificent landmark.

Our guide, Alessandra was very knowledgeable and entertained us with her personal stories of romance, which actually dovetailed nicely into the history of the monuments. The coach tour was somewhat disappointing, with the exception of the Basilica and one other building Rome is not as well lit at night as I would have thought.

Hello, our night tour was made on August 20, 2019. Our guide (a lady, I don't remember her first name), guided us through Rome, at night. We discovered places, stories about characters, about Italian specialties' told with a lot of humor !!! Thank you to our guide for this night walk. Marie Christine and Cathie - France

Friendly guide, good route. I recommend.

At first I was a little disappointed because I made the reservation for Portuguese, when we arrived for the activity everything was fine, I said we were going for a guided tour in Portuguese and when we left they included us in a Spanish / English group and said that for that activity there was no reservation in Portuguese. However the guide was very friendly, given the lapse (of the agency), we always understood everything very well. I liked and recommend.
