The actions were generally very good and really worth seeing. At the beginning you are picked up and taken to a place where countless people meet and then distributed to various buses. After the first 3 hours we were at the first attraction, all three were really good. At the beginning of the tour, Spanish was almost exclusively spoken and only towards the end did more and more English be provided. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars.

Pick up at Coco Bongo, people on different trips were on the bus, at a meeting point you had to check in and got a wristband, since we were the first bus, we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before continuing, we were in our tour 9 people, during the tour in Tulum 4 groups were brought together, that was not great, after some free time we went snorkeling, without instruction we went into the water, was great, there were also turtles to see after I changed , my group was gone without me !!! Another tour guide called afterwards and they came back. Then there was a buffet and we went to a cenote, which was great. Then it went back.
