An excellent guide (Deborah) who knew her stuff and was very forthcoming with info. The van was good and easy to seat and see along the route. Unfortunately the weather was not good; low cloud which in the afternoon turned to rain. So Christ Redeemer was shrouded in cloud and we woful not see down to the town. We did get views of the statue between clouds. Sugar Loaf was also covered in cloud and heavy rain - so no sunset; but we all took the 7 day tickets and we went back the next day; still no sunset but the wether is outside the control of the tour company!
Carlos Fernando (I think that is his name) was the most amazing tour guide. He was extremely polite, caring, and super knowledgeable about the sites, landmarks, and history of Rio and Brazil. He was very careful to always make sure the group was together - always counting the number of people in our group to ensure no one was missing. His ability to speak multiple languages (and VERY WELL) was a huge factor in making the tour a success for me. Carlos Fernando is the best of the best!!
The tour was in time in a very comfortable aircoditiobed large mini bus, Driver and Aline the tour guide were professional and helpful. My monotype isn't great and they were very mindful of it. Aline's knowledge of Brazils history and her English language were excellent, she included all the people on the tour and translated first us in a fun first class way. 5 star service.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour guide Aline was exceptional. Her English was perfect and her knowledge on the city of Rio and its attractions was very good. Learnt a lot would highly recommend her.
Great tour and a very good guide who spoke very good English. Unfortunately the weather was against us in the extreme Rainfall but still had a great day out. Friendly group too!
