What people are saying about Reykjavik

Very informative and interesting. A must see when in Reykjavik.

Really interesting place filled with informative boards, displays, models and interactive things for both adults and children. The building is very clean and flows nicely between exhibits. The ice cave is great (remember your coat!) and the observation deck allows you to have a unique view of the city - got some fantastic photos here. Feel free to get the bus to Perlan but it is within walking distance from the city centre. Most staff were super friendly and helpful however there was one that brought down the experience. That's my only negative.

Perlan - Wonders of Iceland Tour Reviewed by Anonymous, 09/15/2019

Incredible to see the wonders of Iceland, the Blue Lagoon was amazing.

The tour took us to see the Gullfoss waterfall, the Kerio crater, Geysir and Thingvellir National Park where we walked between the North American and the Eurasian tectonic plates, which was awesome. Then due to our original booking being cancelled, we travelled back to Reykjavik and caught a transfer back out to the Blue Lagoon. The Blue Lagoon is a 'must do activity' for anyone visiting Iceland. It was a lot cleaner than I had expected and I'd imagined it would be quite smelly (like the Strokkur geyser) but it hardly smelt at all.

Absolutely superb, the crew were brilliant.

Absolutely superb activity, the crew were phenomenal and helped with any enquiries. The boat was extremely comfortable even during the rougher weather. On board facilities were excellent including the lovely warming hot chocolate. The whale spotter was brilliant guiding us as to what to look for and where to look next. An excellent activity that I would undertake again. The whales were stunning as well.

My first snorkeling experience was fantastic

Adam was our guide for the day and he has made snorkeling fun and easy. Both my husband and myself had fall in love with snorkeling. Adam is a cool and helpful guide, thumb up. I like the thoughtful touch of a cup of hot chocolate at the end of the session. It’s warms our body and was kinda of sweet ;)

Great tour! Wonderful waterfalls, glacier and beach!

Really nice drive through the volcanic landscape stopping a few times to see two amazing waterfalls up close, black volcanic sand beaches with beautiful rock formations, the tiny village of Vik and a short walk to see a glacier up close. Nice leisurely pace and great guide. Recommended!
