What people are saying about Red Square
Collected at hotel by tour guide and driver. Only four people on the tour which made it an enjoyable, personalised trip. Nadia our tour guide was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and good natured. She was also very knowledgeable and explained lots about Malacca, KL and Malaysia more generally. Driver also very helpful and friendly. The drive is around two hours each way, but add a little extra in case of traffic or heavy rain - we had both! Lots to see in Malacca. The food was good at lunch, but the restaurant was not as clean as expected.
I hadn't been to Malacca since the mid 1970's and really wanted to revisit having since learned more of the Portuguese, Dutch and British influence over the area. We chose this particular tour and weren't disappointed! Nadia was a really informative guide and the crowd that were with us on the bus were fun to be with - from four different countries. Lunch was really good and we had ample time to wander about Jonker Street before setting off back to KL.
Morning started promptly at 8.15 am for us. The drive, the information on Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and Melaka was nicely put in a nut shell was told beautifully by our guide Nadia. Being vegetarian we could not appreciate the food in lunch very much, but tofu was nice. Maybe more items should be added for vegetarians. Reaching late due to rain was painful, but tried to enjoy that too.
Our driver and guide Mr. Peter was exceptional, very informative, friendly and a very good guide. Hopefully all of your guide like him, because we are sure to use your service in another time and place.
