Terrible experience. Our tour had been delayed for an hour or 2 due to some ‘tech issue’. We didnt get to stay longer and enjoy the view because of this inconvenience. We were initially not given a lunch pass as the driver confirmed that our reservation didnt include lunch. Yet when they verified internally, it was validated that there’s lunch included. Also, not to miss the rude driver. He pointed his finger to one of the passengers as he said that he had been distracted by them talking when the passengers were actually Not chatting at all. I remember he even came up to me when I went to my seat. He asked me if I wanted to even check with him if coffee was allowed. As I was holding my coffee cup then. He could simply tell me that coffee is not allowed on the bus. But the sarcasm?! totally unacceptable!

Not worth the price we paid.

We didn't have enough time to enjoy the day tour. I would like to understand why we paid so much for a ride that simply left passengers at various points, and an optional stop at a restaurant, with no guide accompaniment.
