Know before you go
Boats depart on time, so please arrive at the ticket booth 30 minutes before departure.

Children must be a minimum of 6 years old.

Important notice to passengers:
Zodiac excursions are, in certain cases, not advisable, even prohibited to certain people such as, but not restricted to: young children (under the age of 6), pregnant women, and people suffering from articulation, back, or autonomy problems.

Wear closed shoes (not sandals), long pants, and a long sleeved sweater. We strongly suggest bringing sunscreen and sunglasses.

Rain Policy: Unless the weather presents a danger to the security of the passengers, cruises are not canceled due to rain. There is always an enclosed area on the boat.

Wheelchair policy: "Foldable" wheelchairs are OK, but unfortunately electric wheelchairs cannot be accepted as the ramps and stairs on the boats are too steep with the tides.
