The original timetable for the pick-up service was such that we could not reach our activity in time. With further delays due to traffic we were really late. Luckily the helpful staff re-arranged our tour so that we did not miss anything, but occasionally we had to rush to get to the shows in time. In addition, for the prepaid lunch we apparently should have received the menu in advanced, now we had to wait quite some time in the restaurant for personnel to explain the alternatives in English. Otherwise great experience with the park itself.
Well organized setup, from the minute we arrived our day was well planned and structured for us so we didn't miss anything. The food was good at restaurant Casa Pepe, and, we were eating within 5 mins of being seated. The tour was good too, very informative guide and an insight to what goes on behind the scenes.
Loro Parque is a zoo with a difference. There are exhibits as in a zoo, but the shows are very attractive and informative, seeking to instill love for the creatures taking part at the same time.
Although there were long waiting times in queues, we are very satisfied with our visits in both parks. The recycling of cans and plastic in the restaurants is unclear in both parks.
an awesome park with quite acceptable prices of food, the attractions and the surroundings of the park are awesome. Would deff recommend.
