Nice, relaxing, very informative one day trip

The tour was limited to 10 people. We were picked up on time, went through picking up others, very quickly. Sandra was our tour guide. I recommend her fully. She was informative, fun, entertaining and patient. She is very pleasant. I hate those tours where the guide just keep talking and talking without really giving any real information. Every time, she spoke, I learned something new. She also was very careful to make sure was translating the full explanation in English. Again, there are times on tours, where the guide mostly speaks in his/her native tongue and does short sentences in English. You wonder how could a 1/2 hour turn into one sentence in English :-( Timeline: Very efficient and effective Information: Concise and to the point Sites: Visited three sites and was just right for us.

Fantastic sites, guides. Awful organization.

The company didn’t have enough vans/buses for all of the folks booked, so I ended up separated from any group and led to join a tour already in progress. This may have been less chaotic except that I was a solo, non-Spanish speaking traveler, so that really added to the stress. I was with non-English speaking staff and no one attempted to explain what was happening to me. It was pretty unnerving and overwhelming, but everything was great after I made it to the tour guide.

It was an amazing experience in all respects.

I had such a wonderfull time with this tour. I was picked up in my hotel IN TIME by a very kind and respectfull guide who made our tour such an amazing experience. Allen was not only so humerous but also knew a lot about all the places where he took us. I felt so safe and respected, had plenty time to enjoy the pyramids, had a wonderful lunch and was taken back to my hoetel in santa Fe Mexico City. Thank you guys; this will make come back to Mexico.

Excellent small group tour of just 7 people. The van was so so clean.

Thought we would be with a big group tour on a dirty bus. Totally opposite. Only had 7 tourists total sharing a huge clean van. Driver and guide were excellent. Way too much time at the pyramid if you’re not interested or are unable to hike to the top. Also, traffic was so bad they were late 30 minutes picking us up. Would’ve appreciated a heads up.

Fun day out, great having everything organised

From pick up to drop off, the day ran smoothly, the pyramids were impressive and the cathedrals were beautiful. Our guide was friendly and informative. The only downside was the unnecessary length of time left to browse the gift stores at the shrine and Teotihuacan.
