The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about history in general

He was super motivated and answered all of our (sometimes difficult) questions to our full satisfaction. Not only did he have expert knowledge about the French Revolution but also other events like the 100 year war, 1st and 2nd world war, landings in the Normandy, French political system, separation of church and state in French society, current French politics, etc. It was a joy and very fulfilling to do this tour. The guide adjusted quickly to our questions and wishes. I could not have been better and I can only recommend him.

Difficult to find boarding station at notre dam

All good except that the boarding point in notre dam is not that clearly indicated.getyourguide should provide more pointers on each of the boarding points, I don't think the current content was sufficient to find the notre dam boarding point. Also buses timing are not that great due to a lot of construction activity happening in Paris ( I took the bus in the last week of may 2019)

Sebastien was the best guide we've ever had!

If you are interested in the history of the French Revolutions (plural, as Sebastien explained to us, there's no one who could be better than he. Very open to questions, explains not only the historical chronology but also the social forces at work. Couldn't recommend more highly! Two grandparents with two teenage grandkids, easy walk, wish it lasted longer.

Excellent tour! Seine and through 9 locks in the Saint Martin canal

Beautiful way to take in the beauty of Paris from the Seine. Fascinating history about the 9 locks and each location in the canal. You can move around the boat to take pictures, which is great. Participants may want to pack a small snack because the only thing available on the tour was a small cup of coffee midway through.

Excellent walking foodie tour - Aligre Market and surrounding

This was an excellent tour that we absolutely loved. Nick our friendly guide is a private chef. He was the perfect guide, being a local from that part of Paris with a ton of information to share about French Food Culture. We certainly learnt a lot and in the process got to taste some wonderful delicacies.
