Museum is dedicated to the works, thoughts and character of Picasso. Nice distraction while in Malaga and the museum had several animated exhibitions. We went through it in about an hour and a half and it appealed to both my wife and I. There is a "hidden" exhibition underneath the museum and you can see some ruins of the original Spanish builders of the city. Definitely a good part of our trip.
Even though I purchased ‘no queue’ tickets, the security guard made us join the queue. Fine because it was short. Otherwise access was OK. The building is attractive and appropriate. The entrance fee is low and appropriate since, having visited the Bacelona exhibition, I felt the exhibits at this one did not have the power they might but overall, it was good and VFM.
There was so much to see. Wonderful collection of Picasso. Such a shame that you can't make pictures in the museum Holland you can make pictures without flash. That would be a tip. It was'nt nice to see so much guards who are whatching you like a hawk. It takes away a relaxed enjoyment of the paintings.
The app did not give me tickets for my children. However the attendant shoved me to the front of the queue where the ticket office issued courtesy tickets for children. The museum itself showed Picasso’s early work which was interesting. Do not expect to see his most famous paintings here.
Had a fantastic day with my family visited Picasso’s Artworks it was brilliant just the downside was we couldn’t take pictures really wanted to but there was security in every room. But it was great day.
