Full description
To successfully complete the first Star of AIDA courses, you will have to perform a one minute fifteen second breath-hold and swim twenty-five meters underwater with fins.

1. An effective method of teaching

For every instructor, the commitment is to properly adapt the course according to the student diver. You will begin with a personal approach in the pool, in order to establish together the goals to reach and the needs of everyone.

At last but not least, your freediving experience will be eco-friendly. Support a current project which aims to protect the corals of Kata. All free divers are invited to discover and understand the program. Choose this course to support the Coral Reef Creation Project.
