Full description
Depart Perth and catch the ferry to Penguin Island in the Shoalwater Marine Reserve, home to Western Australia’s largest colony of little penguins – the smallest species of penguin in the world. Get up close to the shy birds, and learn all about them from the rangers at the Penguin Discovery Centre.

Then, board a boat to look for sea lions and dolphins before a tasty lunch at Pengos Cafe. Visit the Caversham Wildlife Park to hand-feed kangaroos and join the interactive farm show. Touch a possum or lizard, meet a wombat, and get your photo taken as you stroke a koala.

Watch a live sheep shearing show, crack a stock whip, milk a cow, and bottle feed a lamb. Meet a stockman on horseback, and watch sheep dogs herding the sheep. Round off the day with a visit to a chocolate factory for tastings of chocolate, wine, chutneys, and liqueurs.

Great day experiencing Fairy Penguins and the beauty of the Oceana marine park together with watchinh the sealions in their habitat. Loved the animals and does at Caversham Wikdlifd Park plus visiting the yummy chocolate factory. Our guide certainly helped make our day enjoyable. Many kilometres covered but well worth it

We were picked up by a fantastic girl named Angelica, who turned out to be Swedish. She is a real energy bunch. She was very committed and good as a guide. The trip went to Penguin Island and we got to see there when feeding the little penguins. So sweet! Then it was a boat trip on which we had an incredible trip, so we got to see both dolphins and sea lions on this trip. Then we had a delicious lunch at Pengo's cafe. Then we went to Caversham Wildlife Park and got to pat and be photographed with wombats and koalas.

Organization and collection went great. Penguin Island very nice - with pelicans and a penguin breeding station. The wild penguins are in the sea during the day, but we still found one on the island ... Boat trip with sea lions and dolphins, which you could watch from the boat. Wildpark is actually a zoo and therefore not my case. But that is a personal attitude. Chocolate factory is more sales hall, but the samples tasted great! ;-)
