From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed the experienced. Our guide (Elise, so)) was very professional w/regard to her knowledge of the topics and local culture, but she was also very personal in sharing her Italian experiences. We learned so much about the three topics and importance of quality control. A very enjoyable day, thanks.

This really is a great tour - I've been on many food tours around the world and this was my favourite. The factories visited were really charming and obviously family businesses - they made us feel very welcome. We learned a lot, tasted a lot and enjoyed the scenery. In winter the groups become very small, it was me and one family, very cozy. Lots of food and wine included - besides the tasting there is a great lunch included too. Our guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a really good relationship with the factory owners making the whole tour feel very much like you get introduced to a big family of food producers. Would recommend!

Elisa was absolutely amazing as a tour guide! She spoke very good English and was extremely knowledgeable about all three products! I loved getting to know her and I would absolutely book with her again!! I also enjoyed hearing about all the processes and the way that the government regulates authentic Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma Ham, and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar!
