Full description
Roll up your sleeves and master the art of the authentic French croissant at a 3-hour, hands-on cooking class in a beautiful location in the Latin Quarter of Paris.

Enjoy an intimate cooking tutorial, typically in groups of 4 to 7 people for a more attentive experience. Get detailed instructions on how to make and bake croissants from start to end. Hear how croissants need patience as they take a long time to make. Because the dough needs to rest several times, some steps will already have been prepared by the time you arrive.

Finish the process with the help of the chef, and reproduce the preparation steps to see all steps in less than 3 hours - a totally unique concept!

Once your croissants are ready, enjoy tea or organic coffee and fruit juices, along with the best croissant you will ever taste! Before you depart, collect a box of your own creations to share with your friends and family - or keep to eat all by yourself!
  • Hands-on instruction on how to make croissants
  • All cooking equipment and apron
  • Teatime, drinks, and a box of your own creations

This is a wonderful activity!! We did our class on a Monday morning. The instructor was precise, informative & serious about making our croissants a success! The cooking school was beautifully decorated with a lovely French flair. I plan to bring a group here next year to do it all again!!

September 27, 2019 I highly recommend this wonderful class! Not only does one feel great satisfaction in conquering the croissant, but it’s an enjoyable way to learn about French cuisine and culture. The class site is easy to access near to the Metro and close to the heart of Paris. The kitchen is charming. Class size is small, and one quickly makes friends in this baking labor of love. The best part of the class was in meeting our chef, Guillaume. He is personable, and conducts the class with great finesse. Our time in the kitchen was one of the highlights of our trip.
