Discover the secrets to classic French pastries at a 3-hour cooking class in Paris. Held in a venue in the Latin Quarter, just steps from Notre-Dame de Paris, you will be welcomed by your host to work in classes of between 3 and 7 people for a more intimate experience.

Start with a welcome refreshment and get to know your fellow bakers. Then, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and bake! You will work for about 2 hours following hands-on instructions on how to make Pâte à Choux and Crème Pâtissière et Chantilly, the building blocks of many a French pastry, as well as some savory delicacies.

Learn how to pipe and master the most fundamental technique of French patisserie making. Then, create your own chocolate éclairs and cream puffs.

This is when a native Frenchman enters to tell a story or 2 about French culture and pâtisserie - often tongue in cheek - as you enjoy tea, coffee or organic fruit juices. Leave your cooking adventure loaded with a box of your own creations to share with your friends and family. Or keep them for yourself to eat over the next couple of days!
