The tour guide was really nice and early at location. As my mother does not speak english I had to translate to her and the guide paid attention to it and would repeat things if necessary. The tour also gives a look into the working days of the employees and some facts about the role of bread in France. The bread of the bakery is really tasty and worth trying. Definately a place I will visit at my next stop in Paris.
Les Secrets Gourmands de Noémie's macaron class included all the tips and secrets needed to makes these wonderful treats. Her recipes are clear and her step by step explanations while making these gave me all the knowledge I needed to make perfect macarons. The macarons we took home impressed all our friends and family. It was a highlight of a perfect trip to Paris. I highly recommend her class
Enjoyed the opportunity to learn what goes into making quality, artisanal bread and pastries in a Parisian bakery. The guide (Mayte?) was very knowledgeable and ably translated questions and answers with the bakery staff who demonstrated the equipment and their skills.
This tour was a highlight during our recent visit to Paris. The bakery staff and owner were informative, thorough, and delightful! We were given a comprehensive tour and allowed hands-on time in the bakery. What a terrific experience. We highly recommend this tour!
Excellent class. Lots of fun and the hands on approach is perfect. The instructor offers so many stories, cooking tips and is entertaining. I hope to get back to Paris and take more of her classes.
