What people are saying about Ottawa
Carly was our tour leader who was excellent. She adjusted the shape of the tour to meet the requests of the 6 visitors. We had wonderful opportunities to see and visit the Royal Mint, the Senate House (which was newly in use), the market area etc. The river tour was very good with a change of guide who was sometimes difficult to hear clearly - but a great opportunity for photographs of the buildings and for refreshments (not scheduled but requested by the visitors and arranged by Carly - thank you!). We shared a very comfortable 7 seater 'car' and got know each other well enough to have discussion and ask quite challenging questions - Carly was quick with the answers. A 4 hour trip that extended to 8hrs - tiring but worth every minute. Thank you.
De had a very good and friendly guide. He was very helpful and knew a Lot about the City and Canada in general. This is the best way to see the City becaus you see the top attractions within five hours and you do not need to spend energy on finding out how to get to the attractions and spend time on buying the tickets to the sigths. The best thing is that you travel in small groups with your guide.
I enjoyed the tour very much and learned a great deal about the city of Ottawa. I saw some beautiful sights and got great photo. You need at least two days to get everything in. I found that the bus was not on schedule according to the times per stop, so I found myself waiting for the bus a few times. Best time to do this tour in July and Aug is mid week days, Friday and weekends are busy.
An excellent way to get an overview of the city. Christine, our guide, was knowledgeable and entertaining. Our driver was able to navigate during heavy traffic. We enjoyed the tour and the ability to get on and off. Thanks. Marilyn Trudel
We had a great biketour in ottawa. Our Guide Helen did a great job. We saw parts of Ottawa that we never would have seen without the guided tour. We also learned a little bit of Ottawa’s history. I would definetely recommend it!
