Great day out

Great place to visit. Informative and interesting. A real pain if you can’t print out tickets as NASA won’t accept electronic ticket! Meant I had to wait in “Will call” line and then security line and as I was travelling alone I couldn’t get someone to wait in the other line while I got tickets like everyone else did. So took me an hour to get in...of course there was a scheduled launch that day which added to the wait time. Launch didn’t happen either.

We were given a location for pickup and the bus didnt even go there. I ran customer service 5 mins after pickup time and was told we were at wrong hotel. We then had 30mins to get across town to the last pickup point. Their mistake but they didnt seem to care. We could have missed the whole experience of the day if it hadnt been for a good samaritan driving us to this last pickup point.
