What people are saying about One World Trade Center

Fantastic experience with a nice surprise thrown in .Be prepared !

This was well worth the visit. We had a great experience as a fair four.,and although the tour lasts 90minutes we were not rushed along . The cafe was rather expensive ,but you can get refills on your fizzy drinks. It doesn't take long to get to the top and exit and the guides were very welcoming and informative.

Overall it was great to get ticket at lower cost.

We were told to meet at meeting point to exchange voucher with actual ticket but it wasn't necessary. The voucher already had bar code to use as ticket so we just went straight to entrance. We were looking for booth or a person at meeting point but we didn't find anyone and it wasn't necessary.

Poignant, sensitive, respectful and a true memorial to the fallen

So we’ll done, even with all the bitter memories on that bright blue day none of us can forget. This was my second visit and I saw more than I had seen the last time. Helps us never to forget the heroes, the fallen, and all the families marked by such a tragic day...

We jumped ahead in line & were blown away with the museum

Every person should go to the 9/11 Memorial Musuem. It was well done and took our breaths away. It felt like we were right back to the morning of 9/11/01. Beautiful way to pay respect to those affected by this tragedy and very informative.

So very sad, yet such a powerful memory for so many!

I cried. I was last in NYC in 1997 and went in the towers with my brother and grandmother. So very strange to see them gone. The saddest day in history changed the USA forever. RIP to every hero and citizen that died that horrific day.
