Marvel at the picturesque trails and be pleasantly surprised at how secluded the islands feel, despite being so close to the falls. The Dufferin Islands are truly one of Niagara’s best hidden gems.
After your walk through the Islands, your guide will take you on a stroll along the Niagara Parkway to view famous Niagara landmarks including the Old Scow, Upper Rapids, the power stations, the Illumination Tower, and the Niagara Falls themselves.
Along the way you will also pass by the Nikola Tesla Monument and catch a glimpse of Goat Island, NY from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Your expert guide will share lots of interesting and fun facts about the area, and there will be plenty of time for photos at each stop.
At the end of your tour, your guide will bring you to the Hornblower loading area in the heart of Niagara’s tourism district. If you’ve chosen to take part in the cruise, you will continue onward to a refreshing boat ride into the mist. For guests not taking part in the cruise, you will be able to continue exploring the beautiful city of Niagara Falls at your own pace.

Prepare for the activity
Meet at 1377 Burning Spring Hill, near the corner of Niagara Parkway and the Burning Springs Hill road. If you are coming from the Falls area along the Niagara Parkway, you will see a sign for Dufferin Islands parking on your right. We recommend that you park in the first parking lot here.
