The overall experience was great. If you want to see the Alligators, suggest to book tour on a warm day if possible (we were able to see 13 alligators, 1 crane, 3 turtles, 1 rattlesnake) . The propellers on your boat and the others can be deafening and not enough provided headphones; claim your pair early on. Take Benedryl while on the charter bus going to the activity to prevent sinus headaches.
There was no courtesy or civility from those that work there. For ticket taking, they simply took the ticket. NO welcome aboard I am here to assist you, just "give me the ticket". Again there is no "put whatever items in your hand down remove your shades if you would like to, to take a picture", just quick snap a picture. NO please pose for the picture, just a snap of the picture. The so called musicians playing jazz, NO WHERE near PROFESSIONAL music being played. Quite a bit of conversation NOT MUSIC went on, on the mic, the music played poor
