Full description
Get to the heart and soul of New Orleans with an 8-hour tour of its most compelling sights. After meeting at a historic praline-maker’s shop to sample the NOLA treat, set off into the city with your local guide and group of no more than 20 people. Hop on a historic streetcar to zip down St. Charles Avenue into the Garden District, filled with some of the country’s most grandiose mansions. Wander through the atmospheric Lafayette Cemetery No. 1, and then step inside Elms Mansion for a full tour.

After lunch at a traditional Creole restaurant, enjoy a tour of the French Quarter. Discover the area’s most important streets and landmarks as you learn how Creole culture was formed. See St. Louis Cathedral and the Cabildo in Jackson Square, before entering the Presbytere museum to explore its exhibits on Mardi Gras, Hurricane Katrina, and more.

As it wouldn’t be a NOLA tour without a ghost or 2, you’ll swing by 1 of New Orleans’ most haunted buildings to experience a slice of the paranormal. After a trip to the French Market to learn about the city’s diverse culinary influences, you’ll finish your tour at the iconic Cafe du Monde, picking up some complimentary beignets to enjoy on the bustling Mississippi riverfront.
