• Certified service animals are allowed in the aquarium with the exception of Parakeet Pointe
• The aquarium is handicap accessible, the pathways are ADA accessible, and has 2 elevators located on either side of the aquarium
• A limited number of wheelchairs are available for complimentary use on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Tickets and passes are not valid for Cool Zoo, Boo at the Zoo, Zoo to Do, Zoo to Do for Kids, Zoo Lights or any other special admission events at any Audubon facility
• If you purchase the Audubon Zoo + Aquarium of the Americas Combination, you have 365 days from first entry to visit the second attraction
