What people are saying about New England Aquarium
Because I arrived after my family members, I didn't get a chance to see as much as I would have liked. However, I enjoyed my times. The aquarium employees were so nice and willing to help, the facility is laid out well for seeing everything and the fact it was so crowded is a nice testament to adults encouraging kids to do something more than sitting at home on their devices.
Was good because we did but have to wait in the super long line. But one thing to make clear for other people. You should direct them to go to the window to confirm in. I thought I could just go in but was directed to go to the call window. If I knew that at the beginning it would have saved even more of a little line I dealt with.
The aquarium was great. We have been to aquariums all over the country and have enjoyed each one. With Get Your Guide we did not completely skip a lone as we had to report to information to obtain passes, then no pass, a stamp on hand for entry
It was very simple to get digital tickets so that we did not have to stand in the long line for the aquarium. I would definitely use this service again if we encountered this same situation at another venue.
I had to get in line to have one of the attendants help find access to my tickets I paid for. She even had a hard time following the email to find them.
