Full description
On day 1, travel from New Delhi to Ara by car and enjoy some sightseeing during the day. Begin the trip with a pick-up from the airport, railway station or your hotel in Delhi. You will be taken to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal via a 3-hour drive on the expressway. Upon arrival to Agra, meet the tour guide and proceed to the magnificent monument Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is an ivory white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna River. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. After, explore the Agra Fort, yet another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal dynasty until 1638 when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. After visiting Agra Fort, you will be driven to Jaipur. On arrival, check into your hotel and stay overnight in Jaipur.

On day 2, enjoy sightseeing in Jaipur. Depart in the morning after breakfast, and meet your local guide to visit the Amber Fort. The Amber Fort was the capital of this state a long time ago. En route, enjoy a photo stop at Hawa Mahal - the Palace of the Winds. Later, visit Jantar Mantar, City Palace, and the apartment housing museums with an array of textiles, costumes, arms, weapons, and paintings. In the end, you will be transferred back to your hotel in New Delhi or another location in the city.

Good option if is your first time in India. Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are included in the guided tour in Agra, while Jaipur includes the Jaipur Palace, the observatory, the Royal Jaipur tour and Amber Fort. During and after the included activities the guides will try to help the local vendors to sell you different stuff taking you i.e. to the pottery and carpets workshops. Manage your time as you wish, don’t allow the guides to rush you. Before buy this tour ask the Manager if you can take the driver to different places chosen by you, then you can google-it and plan it, both Agra and specially Jaipur have other places that you may like to visit.

The circuit is worth doing but you should be aware that it is not a 2 to 3 hour drive between each city ... but between 4 and 5:30 am! surprise we got on arrival! and this despite the fairly correct traffic conditions for the country. so we drove 15 hours in 2 days ... it was worth it, but we would have liked to know before! The Taj Mahal unsurprisingly ... a lot of people but superb! and a crush on Jaipur which we unfortunately could not explore due to the time lost by car. an awful guide at the Taj Mahal but top in Jaipur and who understood that we no longer wanted to make very expensive souvenir shops ... and a very friendly driver. Hotel very correct (which does not take the credit card so provide rupees ...) despite that there was no hot water in the rooms ...

Excellent tour, guides in Spanish, driver and car with A / C, excellent places to take you. Just be careful when choosing the Jaipur hotel, the hotel you took was dirty and without hot water; and preferably pay for hotel and tickets separately as it seems to end up being more economical especially considering the bad quality of hotels in Jaipur.
