Gdansk Old Town 2-Hour Walking Tour
- Duration: 2 hours
per group up to 10
Our guide Alex was obviously very proud of his city and country. It was a very interesting and entertaining gentle walking tour from start to finish. He told us about history, culture, religion and modern life, it was very relaxed and spontaneous. The city was looking beautiful and although our walk was only about 4.5 km we covered a lot of ground and got away from the main tourist areas down small streets and paths. Sausage tasting interesting ?!, donut tasting great followed by a delicious vodka!
Our guide Michał was easy to communicate with before, during and after our all-day tour with him. He was punctual, friendly and very straightforward; wonderfully easy to talk to. Thanks to his worldliness and inexhaustible knowledge of Gdańsk and its surroundings, our stay in the area was enriched beyond measure. And rather than merely tell us things about Gdańsk that might be found in any given copy of Lonely Planet, he helped us discover amazing stories and places that others might never know.
We really enjoyed our walking tour with Alex. It was us and Alex so we had a private tour. He knows lots of interesting, historical and funny facts Gdansk and showed us lots of places, it is worth the money even before you have the snacks and drinks. He really knows Gdansk inside and out. We would recommend the tour to everyone. It is at a nice pace so you don't feel rushed.
Having been to Gdańsk many times before, we were amazed that our tour guide Gabriella was not only able to enhance our knowledge of a truly wonderful part of the world, but also our appreciation, making for an unforgettable experience. We highly this tour and our incredible guide.
Weronica was a brilliant guide, her knowledge about the city was amazing. Very good English and we had a magnificent time. Thank you from Ingelise & Per and Karin and Allan
