Delos was beautiful and incredibly well-preserved ruins. However we felt we needed more time and would have definitely benefitted from having a guide. Mykonos was not as interesting to us as there were many shops to browse. This is not an interest of ours and we went up high to view Mykonos and the windmills.

Experiencing Delos and Mykonos in one day is a very good idea. Organization was good and the crew on the ship were very friendly and helpful. You have to experience Delos and Mykonos as a traveler to Greece. Important tip: If you have a sensitive stomach, take something to prevent seasickness before departure. More than half of the people on the ship vomited several times on the outward journey from Paros to Delos and on the return journey from Mykonos to Paros. The crew had to do everything possible to hand out vomit bags, so you have to stay stable in the midst of such a vomit orgy. The waves were pretty heavy and not for the faint-hearted or sensitive; another “hike”. Otherwise everything was fine and I would recommend the activity considering the seasickness and the strong current of the Aegean ✌

enjoyed the overall trip however due to it being rather windy crossing was a bit rough both ways. Delos is an amazing site although you won't be able to see all the ruins in your 3 he stay. you will get a map with all the locations on and some suggested routes to take. there is a museum on the island which is well worth a visit. Mykonos is a lovely island but prices there are very expensive the dearest we saw for just a simple Greek salad was 16 euros, if your not into paying those prices suggest you take some lunch and a drink with you.
