First time to go. To my ignorance never realized it was actually a radio show that’s been going on for 95 years! What an awesome tradition. I wanted to buy tickets from the box office so that I could ask a fre questions. The times given on message at the box office for business hours were not correct. I would call during their given times, but then would be disconnected after the message was done. So my disappointment was to get tickets online and all you can get are GA seats, receive a code- and then have to go to bix office during ‘real’ business hours to exchange for your tickets with seat assignment. They’ve been doing this I guess for 95 years, but I would just as soon done one-stop shopping!!
My online reservation was very easy to understand and book my reservation. The start and finish time of my tour was so accurate. The bus was clean and comfortable and I can’t stop bragging of our young knowledgeable and informative tour guide who made this tour memorable and he assisted and answered all other questions we had about more site seeing and places to visit, different types of restaurants, etc... thank you.
It was educational to have an overview with a historical timeline. We wouldn’t have made it to all of the places individually. Our guide, Chris, gave us fun facts and trivia too, making it an enjoyable ride. Our guide drive well through crowed streets.
Museum is fantastic all the way around. It is set up for a premium experience. Very educational and entertaining. We loved every minute (stayed over 2 hours) and would have stayed longer but we were hungry! Great addition to downtown Nashville.
My family and I enjoyed all the history of the museum. It was a lot to listen to, read and the videos were awesome. We will definitely go back again and bring others with us!
