Meet your guide and set off for a 1.5–hour train ride to Regensburg. Take a city walking tour, and use your provided map spend the afternoon exploring the city, before returning to Munich.

Discover the 12th and 13th century town of Regensburg, once famous for its flourishing economy with trading connections as far as Paris, Venice and Kiev. Take the chance to visit the Town Hall dating from the 14th century, the famous Dom, an example of pure German Gothic architecture, and the famous Stone Bridge, a highlight of medieval bridge building, now a model for bridge building projects over centuries.
