Perfect for a first time visit of Jerusalem

Bus arrived at 7:30AM, took us to a collecting area, we had an excellent guide Amir, very knowledgeable, open minded & ready to answer all types of questions. We stopped on the way to get Coffee, arrived in Jerusalem around 9:00AM .. We had a view of the city from over the mountain. Then went to the Lamentation wall, the Via Dolorosa, the church of the Holy Sepulcher, it was impossible to enter Jesus's tomb because of the long queue. Left to the bus at 12:15PM to go to Bethlehem. There we were guided to a restaurant to have lunch (Costs around 16$) I had my lunch with me, I just took a drink. We went a walking distance to the Church of Nativity, visited inside with another guide Martin. Before leaving Bethlehem we stopped by a gift shop. Then trip back to Tel Aviv, we arrived at around 5:15PM My next visit will be on my own, there is still a thousand of other sites in Jerusalem that you can never see in a guided tour. A new train takes you directly from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Must-Do Jerusalem Tour with Amir Call-Or

This tour covers the main sights in or near the old city of Jerusalem. After an overview from the mount of olives, the tour continues to the church of the holy sepulchre, Via Dolorosa, the garden of Gethsemane, and the room of the last supper. Overall a must-do tour for anyone who is interested in getting some background information on these world-renowned sights. I was very happy that our guide on this day was Amir Call-Or. After being on a tour with him a week ago in the Galilee, I knew an awesome day was ahead of us. And indeed, I was not disappointed: with his unmatched energetic way of conveying his in-depth knowledge, he managed to make us realizing instead of simply listening. You also know you have a good guide when even people from other tours come nearby to listen and compliment on his qualities. Thank you again Amir for such a great experience!

Excellent tour, beautiful places, lot of historical and interesting

Guide was not the very best, time given for HOLY CHURCH of sepulchre was too little just 40mins, considering the huge crowds and the importance of this church, the long distances we travel to come n expenditure involved, we certainly wished to see Jesus tomb, in the bargain we got late coming out, and our guide had left us behind, we missed the bus, without a phone we requested a shopkeeper and contacted the company, we were surprised with thr promptness that the company contacted us back and kept a taxi waiting for us and helped us join the bus again. However the tour ended much before time within 8hrs when we were told 11hrs, hence we feel at least 1hour should be given for thr holy church of sepulchre considering the crowds there to worship and waiting in line for Jesus tomb.

Smart and well organised guide, nice weather, unforgetable experience.

I have been lucky to meet a smart, well organised, open minded and very friendly guide. Thus, i ve enjoyed a lot the way he structured our meeting, explaining first the general picture, than going down to see what we've previously learnt. Very nice & friendly atmosphere he created. Very helpful and tolerant guide. Would love to have such guides all the time! Nice and skilled driver, shinny day, excelent experience at the Dead Sea. Many thanks and please make your further clients as happy as you made me.

It was nice way to discover the old City.

Our guide Avi was accurate and really nice. He knew how to manage and explain to a group of 16 people... I will book an other visit for my next time in Jerusalem... No need to say that one whole day is far from enough to see all. Thx again Avi for your hard and passionate work. Frederic.
