Rush, rush rush on an empty stomach.......

Firstly due to it being a public holiday we were stuck on the mini bus in traffic as our ferry sailed so we were over 45 mins late to start with. We booked this as we thought we would have more time to see Gozo. Sadly mistaken. Our jeep driver was good but a bit of a loose cannon - we were rushed around everywhere - felt like they didn't want us to go to the temple as they were keen to make up time. The vegetarian "cheese salad! was a heap of raw cabbage with a few wafer thin pieces of cheese on it and a few slices of tomato around the edge as garnish - absolutely disgraceful. My partner had chicken which was served with veg, a decent if small meal. This was the only time we had time to sit and relax but we were then eager to go! Rushed around everywhere with 15-20 mins on average "free time" and taken to salt pans to buy salt from a hut in the wall - definitely went off piste with our driver at the helm then dropped at the harbour and left for the other jeeps to arrive.

Tour on Gozo excellent; 2hrs hotel-ferry/return wasted opportunity

Joe, guide in Jeep on Gozo was fabulous! Knowledgeable and fun. Great guide! Definitely v. glad to have chosen the Jeep-powerboat combo. It was terrific. Saw so much but at a good pace. One recommendation and disappointment: it takes an hour+ from hotels to drop-off point for ferry to Gozo and this time is spent in silence. The driver doesn't speak, doesn't share any history, there's no cassette tape playing. This time would be better spent informing the passengers about Malta's history, about what we're driving past, etc. Also unfortunately it was too windy to drive the boat to the Blue Lagoon and caves--huge disappointment which means I had to find a tour for another day to see and spend half a day to do so, or not see. Such a shame, which of course isn't tours fault.

Like a roller coaster ride through Gozo!

This trip was a highlight of our vacation. We got to see most of Gozo in a single day. We wouldn't have seen as much if we were on our own. Louis, our guide/driver, was informative and entertaining. I think he knew everyone on the island. The tour even included a speedboat ride back to Malta with a stop at the blue lagoon on Cosimo. The included lunch was very good. Truly, it couldn't have been better.

Fun tour - here there and everywhere trip of Gozo

Godwin was a great guide, he gave us lots of information about the towns and villages we drove through. There were several stops, we enjoyed them all, the only shame was that we would have like a little more time at Prison. We did pay the extra to see the ancient Tomb at Ggantiji and to go on the boat through the caves and would recommend both. The 2 course lunch with wine was basic but good.

Thank you to Jonathan for an excellent discovery of the gozo’s wonders

Picked this tour as they were offering the side range of sites that I wanted to see and indeed all expectations were met - thanks to our wonderful driver Jonathan to have balanced our cultural wants to see with the beautiful scenery of Gozo. Full on day but what a day ! And if I have the opportunity it was just appetizers to come back and see more and stay on the islands to do more
