What people are saying about Moscow

a must see to get the real perspective of the cold war years

buying the ticket was easy and the guide was already waiting for us with the tickets when we reached there. She was very nice and explained everything very good, in fluent english. The bunker is a must see, because of what it represents, everything in there is still kept as it is. Even though it was supposed to be built for Staline, it actually was built 3 years after his death and used until as recently as late 80s ! PEOPLE WITH CLAUSTROPHOBIA SHOULD AVOID !!, it is a bunker after all. As interesting as it is, it gives you the chills, after touring and witnessing a mock nuclear bomb launch, by the help of the visitors, when one realises what could have happened ! The tour of the bunker itself could be improved, the local guid only talked english, and most of the signs are only in russian, sometimes making you feel like an illiterate, but no matter what, it is a part of history one should see. Oh! and there are 300 steps to go down and up again after the tour...

Good experience and surely it was worth the time spent

I found the World War II Museum very interesting and the whole experience was made even better by my professional tour guide, Sergey. Unfortunately we spent limited time on the Victory Park which was also nice to see; had the weather been better (warmer and without snow) the tour on the Victory Park would have been an even better experience.

Katya is such a perfect guide. Next time we'll ask her again!

Katya introduced us in a great way in the past and present of Moscow. It's such a pleasure to walk with her through the city, visit the various places of interest and hear about the history of Moscow.

Energetic very knowledgable Guide. Could not have been more helpful

We enjoyed our day thanks to our Guide. The museum has been refurbished to a very high standard and we would recommend a visit
