Full description
Starting with a convenient pickup at your hotel, travel with your guide by metro to the Bulgakov Museum in Moscow, located in an apartment that once belonged to the famous author and featured as one of the most important locations in his renowned novel ‘The Master and Margarita’.

The museum is a renovated former communal flat, with a long corridor and unique rooms, each with their own story. The kitchen reflects the typical living conditions of the Soviet era, including items such as kerosene-tank stoves, pans, and other tin and copper kitchen utensils.

See the working cabinet of the writer, consisting of a table with a lamp, over which hangs a bookshelf with an endless row of books. The blue wall color became the embodiment of a long-standing dream of Bulgakov, who desired a blue room which he believed would be the perfect place to work.

The actual museum has an extensive collection of documents, photographs, and personal belongings of Mikhail Bulgakov, which are permanently exhibited in the different areas. After the museum you'll have a walk with the guide in the Patriarch Ponds, where Mikhail Bulgakov lived in the 1930s.
