I refer to my booked Montréal tour on November 20th 2019, I got confirmation when I booked the tour that the pickup will be from my downtown hotel (Embassy suites). In your email a day before the tour and on the day of the tour I got confusing notes (the hotel pickup is subject to availability) which does not tell me to wait at my hotel and I will get the pickup or make my way to the tour operator address and take the bus from there. I made my non confusing decision and went to the tour starting point as per the email. I hope in the future you avoid such last minute confusion to your customers Thank you  Osama El Beshir

This was a great way to see a lot of Montreal in a short space of time. Our guide, Swann, was very knowledgeable and funny. This made the activity even better. This is a great way to get a taste of Montreal so you can figure out where exactly you'd like to spend more time.

Great tour. But we had some anxious moments after being directed to the wrong bus at the pickup location. After being seated we were checked for wristbands. My sons showed our online booking and was told to run to the desk to get them, then was told we were on the wrong bus. Fortunately our bus had not left!
