The boat was uncomfortable and over-packed, the breakfast awful, but boy did we see what we came for! We saw several dolphins swimming next to the boat and after 7 hours of searching we saw a fin whale, which we followed until it breached completely out of the water - the guides said it was the first time they had seen a whale breach in 1.5 years.
we’ve been a bit unlucky at first because we hardly saw anything during the first hours but the crew made sure that we went home with something. There were many dolphins, a fin whale and a very rare whale shark so we were all cheered up! Also, we were cuddled with breakfast and fresh fruits throughout the trip.
