The class, atmosphere, and Clara were perfect. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it and decided it was a wonderful experience. It is also something we learned and will utilize in the future. Our class included others with whom we found interesting and fun. We love pizza, pasta and dessert. To make it and share with our larger family is something we are excited about. Clara is an excellent instructor. I have worked in quality management in food processing for the last 20 years. I was very impressed by her knowledge and adherence to food safety. For example, for food allergens, she color coded the chopping boards. All in all, this was an excellent class. I would recommend it for anyone that it truly interested.

Like a family cooking together!

Clara was loving and friendly. We had two mother-daughter groups and one single lady. She adopted the single lady as her daughter while we were cooking. The instructions were clear with lots of hands-on practice. We drank, we talked and we laughed the whole evening. It was truly an amazing experience to learn about the Italian culture through cooking. I’d highly recommend this cooking class!

The highlight of our visit to Milan!

Clara was amazing! She thought us so much about cooking and the Italian culture. She was very patient with us and definitely knew what she was doing. After learning so much, I enjoyed the best Italian food, I've ever had. I travel a lot and do a lot of different food tours and I definitely recommend this tour! It was just a very authentic Italian experience.
