This one did NOT disappoint...loved it...will do it again!

We do culinary/architectural tours in most major cities that we visit for the first time because we love local culture and food! Mirka did NOT disappoint! As we strolled down the fabulous Washington, Collins, and Ocean Streets of Miami Beach...we were introduced to several types of cuisine (all extremely interesting and flavorful), aquainted with the history of art deco architecture (facinating!) and all by a knowledgeable, personality plus, "cute as a button", Argentinian guide named Mirka...a Miami native, whose love and special perspective for the city was evident. Every minute was entertaining, every minute was educational, every minute was enjoyable...we will do it again next time we visit Miami.

Great way to see the back streets of Miami

This was my second Segway tour in a week. I am a senior citizen and found it easy. And great fun. The only negative was aching feet after a while You get fifteen minutes of training then off on the main road of South Beach Florida!,, however the guide was very careful with us in traffic. He stopped a number of times for us to flex our muscles and talk about the district we were visiting. We toured around the suburban streets of Miami which are all Art Deco. My favourite period. If you are thinking of doing this tour ask for Rick. He is pleasant, careful and very knowledgable.

Great ride! Fun way to see the sights and sounds of South Beach!

The guys in the office were very accomodating when we needed to change the day of our tour. The guide was knowledgable and friendly. He had to shout over the noise on the streets at times. Difficult to hear the mic if you were 3rd in line or beyond. I think it would be helpful if each of the Segways had speakers mounted in them connected to the mic so we could easliy hear the guide. I experienced this on a Segway tour in Washington, DC and it made a big difference in the tour quality.

A brilliant way to see the sights of Miami Beach

The tour was brilliant and our guide Joanna was excellent. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city as it gives you a great insight into the history and the humble beginnings of this bustling city. I would also say that these Segways are brilliant to ride and it takes no more than a few minutes to build up your confidence and move like an experienced user. I would say that this was a well priced and organised tour that really made our visit to Miami Beach.

Great exposure to a wide variety of restaurants!

We got to South Beach, checked in to our hotel, and immediately started the food tour. We went to 6 restaurants for portions ranging from very small to way too much to eat. Cuisines ranged from Columbian to Cuban, to European (French), and Italian. Wonderful way to start a vacation in South Beach!!
