Womin Djeka! Journey into the ancestral lands of the Kulin (Koolin) Nation on this 90-minute tour with an Aboriginal guide. The tour will give you an understanding and respect for the Aboriginal people who have lived in the area.

Commence the experience with a traditional smoking ceremony. Then, as you walk, gain an insight into the rich history and thriving culture of the local First Peoples, and discover their connection to plants and their traditional uses for food, tools, and medicine.

At the conclusion of the tour, enjoy the pristine landscape with a warm lemon myrtle tea whilst you listen to stories of cultural significance.

Well worth the trip and very different from the other tours. Our guide provided some. History of the first people as well as their practices in relation to traditional use of the plants available in the botanical garden. Was wonderful to be part of the smoking ceremony too.
