Incredible snorkelling experience, amazing guides, wonderful food!

Can’t write much more than the above, Marta and Reuben were amazing guides, the boat ride itself was very picturesque, with the guides providing useful information/history of the area. The snorkelling was good fun, lots of different fish and coastal areas to explore. The food was the icing on the cake, didn’t expect much as really everyone is booking for the snorkelling, but the Canadian potatoes in mojo sauce, and the Spanish omelette was delicious and just what was needed after a good 30/45 mins of swimming/snorkelling. Would highly recommend especially for couples/families with slightly older children who are able to swim fairly well and happy dipping their head underwater and breathing through the snorkel. All in all a wonderful experience, would give 10 stars if we could!

A great way to see the whole island and it’s differences.

Tom, our multilingual guide was charismatic and informative. He made the tour informative and interesting whilst enduring we were safe, informed and back on the coach at the correctives. We had not appreciative that a ‘small’ volcanic island could be so different. From moutains, minerals, vegetation, farming, tourism, weather, beaches, ports and cultures. A microcosm of life surrounded by the sea. Our amazing driver safely took us along one of the most dangerous roads in Spain to some amazing views, hairpin bends and alongside cliff edges.

Great journey on a sea (well not for me, but in general) :)

It would be an amzing journey, if I wouldn't be seasick on a whole time. So make sure to take tablet if you have a weak stomach. I didn't expect we will sail so fast, but the dolphins are quick so we had to be quicker. We caught 3 times some groups, it was nice to see they were happily jumping in a sea. The staff was really helpful, keep changing the sickbags, and gave wet towels and water to feel better. Thanks very much, it helped a lot.

The guys who were on the boat were exceptional - very friendly!

I loved how passionate the team running the boat were. They stressed that the the animals were free and wild, and we weren't disturbing them. They even pulled out an old fish net from the sea while we were sailing. It showed how much they cared about the ocean and the animals in it, which is a big thing for me!

Nice Pool but the reception did not accept our QR Code Ticket

No reader for the QR code. We had to take a photo of our Ticket with the QR Code and send this photo to their e-mail address in order to get admizted to the Spa. It took a long tine! You sould not issue mobile QR Code tickets for Smartphones for locations without QR readers. Bad experience! Shame on you!
