Full description
Embark on a fascinating journey through the wines of Verona Province, famous for its Valpolicella red wines made from Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes.

Visit a winery to taste 4 different wines, including a noble Amarone, typically made from partially-dried Corvina grapes. The intensely beautiful region, whose name comes from Val Polis Cellae (Valley of Many Cellars), is characterized by the steep, vine-laced ridges that run alongside mountain streams.

Enter one of the cellars, typical of the small, family-run wineries where wine making traditions have been handed down over the generations to preserve the ancient art. Get a warm welcome, and then sample different wines, such as a dry wine with spice notes and sweet flavors and an intense, velvety Amarone.
  • Guided tour of a Valpolicella winery
  • Wine tasting (4 wines)
