What people are saying about Mandalay

Very professional, very friendly staff, Well knowledge local guide

It was a first time for me and my colleague to visit Mandalay such a very short time. Thus, we had some conditions that we couldn't finish all the tours we booked and we did requested about our special requests to drop us at the hotel before the tour finished. Urban adventures were very professional to reply our email very quickly to make us relieved that they were acknowledged about our requests. Urban adventures' staff came to pick us up the hotel. They were so nice to arrange this for us to pick us up only two of us in the car. The local tour guide was very friendly and helpful. He's so kind and had very well knowledge about Mandalay and also other cities in Myanmar. His English was quite good. He's very good at time management and very on time. He dropped us at the airport before and that helped us to catch our flight. Plus, even have more time to have some snacks and refreshment at the lounge. Local guide and driver were also professional. Overall tour was amazing! Thank you.

Stunning countryside to cycle ride, a must on the to do list

Had the most incredible afternoon cycling around with our wonderful guide Si. Everything was so well thought out, from the great bikes, to the helmets to the water bottles provided! Stunning countryside to cycle through, it was an easy cycle & so lovely to get off the beaten track & out of Mandalay for an afternoon. The temples of Ava are wonderful to visit & so nice to bike to. U Bein is breathtaking to see from the lake & again this was all well planned however U Bein is hugely popular and overrun with visitors so don’t expect calm & tranquility! It’s amazing to see & a total must. We’d highly recommend this trip & Si.

Great private Day Trip to Sagaing Ava and Amarapura from mandalay

We had an excellent tour guide, Mr Myo, that we arranged through Mekong cruises tours . This was a very full day, but so interesting. He was able to fit in some extra things like a market visit to a tea shop where we could buy the best Myanmar tea, a noodle factory, a school, a walk through a village where furniture was made and a Nunnery. This was all besides the main Saigaing pagodas, the horse cart ride through Ava and the U Bein Bridge at sunset. He also recommended other things that made our stay in Mandalay most pleasant.Highly recommended this tour to anyone visit myanmar
