Service was a little on the poor side. It was very hard getting attention of the waiters. Had ordered 2 childrens meals which came with a tomato soup starter instead. A little disappointed, becsuse it tasted and looked like regular tinned stuff. We we're served the Christmas menu (turkey, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding) which arrived without any veg, apparently being served separately. Started to eat and thought it was on its way. When it didn't after a few minutes, I enquired. Waitress apologised and said they would bring it over. Two of my guests decided to wait for the trimmings. It finally arrived when we had finished our meal and the 2 that had waited, meat had gone cold. They offered us a free round of drinks.

Relaxing, enjoyable afternoon, tasty food, great views - Recommend.

Can't think of a better way to spend a rainy Sunday. Relaxing music, tasty food and great views. Although we were satisfied, the staff kindly moved us to a better vacant table. The staff also addressed us by personally by our names and checked several times if everything was alright (which it was). The only criticism is that it took a while to be served and it would be better if there were a couple more waitresses/waiters because the staff worked really hard. A most enjoyable day and I will book again.

A lovely trip down the river on a stunning day

The food was ok but we were not asked for dietary requirements and when I got there the reception staff were a bit funny. On the boat it was no issue though The belly pork was a bit tough and the lemon merange pie crust was so hard I could not break it. Service on the boat was good.
