It is much better to book this event through ,GetYourGuide' since you can cancel it again 24 prior if needed. This attraction is indeed very popular but the queue moves fairly quickly. You will have to queue in the rain though most of the part if it is busy since only the last few metres are covered.

Once in the pod brilliant But was so disappointed about the photo before boarding as one of my son was cut of so wanted a memory phone . Also when the gentleman was checking our tickets a another member of your staff was very rude pushing in to us and checking his champagne group in then shouting at us to hurry up

We enjoyed it very much! We bought the standard pass for 11:15 am and luckily the line was not long and fast. By the time we get off, the line was father to outside the ropes all the way back to the kiosk area. I think the later the schedule, the longer the line is so better to get the fast track. Definitely worth the experience coming to London!
