Full description
Your full-day guided shore excursion starts close to the cruise terminal at 9:45 AM. Take a selfie with the new Beatles statues then watch an 8-minute panoramic Beatles film. Your guide will lead you on a short walk through the World Heritage Site to visit the famous Cavern Club and then on to visit the stunning Victorian Round Reading Room. You'll then have one hour's free time to buy refreshments or maybe visit the World Museum, St Georges Hall or the Walker Art Gallery.

After lunch, board your executive air-conditioned coach to enjoy a fully guided extended tour of Liverpool's Georgian quarter including the award-winning Hope Street with not one but two cathedrals, the Everyman Theatre, Philharmonic Hall and the Beatles schools and colleges, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields. You'll also see the outside of the childhood homes of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. You will arrive back at the cruise terminal at 16:15 PM.

This is a public tour that combines some walking sections with a guided tour on a motor coach so that you can reach lots of places in the city centre. Your tour will be conducted by a local tour guide and there are enough guides to ensure that you will be kept in a small group so that your tour will be a much more personal experience.
