What people are saying about Liverpool
I Enjoyed my experience it was memorable 4 a relatives birthday she enjoyed every moment thank you.. Carla Rice
Enjoyed the whole experience great information and pictures were fab well set out . The music helped to make it as people were singing quietly during the tour it was also emotional listening to the stories and remembering wonderful would definitely recommend this tour and will return again Thank you all for a fantastic time
Although the Beatles Story was brilliant the same cannot be said about the organisation of the staff when trying to gain admittance. Considering it was a Saturday there was two queues of people trying to get in with only one out of three tills in operation. Had to wait at least 20 minutes to get in and queues did not move evenly with people who arrived after us gaining admittance before us. Staff seemed overwhelmed about how many people would be attending.
The only slight negative was the head phones were more complicated for us “oldies” spent quite a bit of time sussing them out so looking at that more than exhibits! Otherwise Brilliant!
A very comprehensive museum that tells you the story of the 4 lads from their beginnings. So very interesting to learn how they started, where they met & all their experiences along the way to mega-fame. Be prepared as your ticket does not get you right into the museum. You still have to wait in line with everyone else, whether they have pre-bought a ticket or not. This is very annoying as they haven't got a proper system for those who have already purchased a ticket to skip the line. Also, when groups show up, they have priority & everyone has to wait until the group enters first. They need to improve their entrance system so if you've already bought a ticket you should not have to stand in line. Organization is lacking at this museum.
