I enjoyed Laughlin, but next time will go down alone.

It was 113 degrees, a lot hot but I loved the boardwalk and really enjoyed the casinos..I was a little disappointed we didn't go across the new bridge at Hoover Dam though..Next time I will go when it's a little cooler.. Was too hot to stay out on the boardwalk this trip..

Too much driving to main bus

The main trip was great however, there was too much driving back and forth, around to the different hotels. Once we arrived at greyline it felt like entering a line up with some guests being told to stand against the wall and others to go through the door. It was really creepy feeling. Bill, our driver to Laughlin was fun and shared a lot of information on the way to and fro. It was great that we didn't have to transfer to a little bus for dropoff as we were one of the first off.

Not a good experience with the company.

My sister and I waited outside the hotel from 7.45 for 8am pick up. At 8.20 I went inside and asked the receptionist to ring the tour company was told the coach would be with us shortly, 5 minutes later the young man came out to say the tour was cancelled and grey line wanted to speak with me. I went to the phone and was offered a refund or the trip the day after we chose the latter. This same trip had been cancelled several years ago and I let it go thinking it may have been a one off. When we finally went on the tour it was in fact a good day out with a very lovely and charming driver (Michael) I think. But had we not phoned we would have been waiting with no word from the tour company to say the original day was cancelled has had happened previously. I have since seen an email to say it was cancelled but as I didn't have wifi on holiday I do think they could have phoned the hotel
