Full description
Soak up the dazzling sights of downtown Las Vegas for a 2-hour small group walking tour with an expert guide full of original insights and local lore to share.  Meet at the El Cortez Hotel and head to the famed Parlor bar for a drink to prepare for a twilight trek through Fremont’s Historic Neon District, showcasing the spectacular electric architecture of Las Vegas. On Fremont Street, you will check out a new urban district with a hip local vibe of cool bars, cozy restaurants, pop culture stores and a collection world famous murals from the Life Is Beautiful Festival.

Next, you will pass by the Praying Mantis, a legendary fire sculpture from Burning Man that brings new meaning to the spectacle of Downtown. You will continue your shimmering journey walking by twelve of Downtown’s most famous neon signs. At the iconic corner of Las Vegas Boulevard, now an official Neon Trail, your knowledgeable guide will tell you how the legendary Welcome to Las Vegas sign connects to Downtown’s Neon Museum.  Salute to the classic cowboy sign, Vegas Vic, and the nearby Mob Museum, and your guide will point out some memorable movie sites like Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and the classic James Bond movie Diamonds Are Forever.

See where Frank Sinatra once performed, the casino once owned by famed mobster Bugsy Seigel, the first ever pawn shop in Vegas, the birthplace of the World Series of Poker, and the hotel made famous in Back to the Future. Don’t miss the spectacular light and music show on the 4-block long electronic canopy, proving that Las Vegas is still the great city of light architecture. Discover hidden gems off the beaten track and end your journey in Downtown's newest neighborhood. End your tour passing by eclectic restaurants, bars, art, and entertainment before toasting to Vegas with a complimentary cocktail or beverage.
