The hotel pick-up was great, then it went to the headquarters of the bus company where you can buy additional packages (IMAX film, helicopter sightseeing flight, ..). This is advertised very promoment, but you are not pushed to anything. You can also buy breakfast in the in-house shop (which is not included in this tour). It was all waiting, but as soon as it got on the bus everything was wonderful. Our tour guide to the South Rim was excellent. Very personable and competent. Gladly again!

The helicopter tour where the husband was missing a functioning headset and we thought we would get further down. Back in Las Vegas about 9 pm it took almost 2.5 hours before we were delivered to our pickup site. Did a good job on the otherwise fantastic tour with a very good driver.

Oka Tour

The tour was okay. Good way to go to see view points. But the IMAX wasn't worth the money. You see men trying to survive on the river. Not much of the canyon or animals or something nice. But a good way to see the canyon for 1 day. They could to more for breakfast and dinner than to stop at McDonald's and Subway ... because you pay so much. So they should care a little bit more.
